By email to you and, if you leave their address, to them as well. It is a page that opens on a phone or prints out.

Frequently asked questions
Will they see how much I spent?
No. Neither their email nor the gift page shows any amount: there is the experience, your message, the code and the expiry date. The receipt with the price reaches only you.
How long does it last, and what if it expires?
It is valid 12 months from purchase, and the expiry is written on the gift itself. If they cannot use it in time, write to us: validity can be extended by another 6 months for a contribution of 50% of the value. Better not to get there, but it is not a dead end.
Can they upgrade the experience?
Yes, and it happens often. They can add services — the onboard video, the photo service, the F1 simulator, a passenger on board — buying them from the site as a separate order, or directly from us at check-in. The gift stays valid and simply adds up.
What if they cannot drive?
To drive you need a licence held for at least 3 years and valid in Italy, plus an ID document; non-EU customers also need an International Driving Permit. Anyone without them can still come along as a passenger: our co-driver is always on board.
Do I have to choose the date?
No, and that is the whole point: the date is chosen by whoever receives the gift, whenever it suits them. You do not have to guess a free day in their calendar.
Can I give it to someone who does not speak Italian?
Yes. The email and the gift page exist in Italian and English, and we speak both at the desk.
Can I change my mind after buying?
The gift is not refundable, but it is transferable: it is not tied to a name, so you can pass it to someone else. And once the date is set, they can move it free of charge up to 24 hours before.
How do I hand it over in person?
Leave their email blank: the code reaches only you. The gift page prints on a single side — dashed border, your message and the code — ready for an envelope.
Does it work for a stag do or a group?
Yes. For several people on the same day, message us on WhatsApp first: we plan the sequence of drives and add cars if needed. The group arrives and finds everything ready.
